HR Officer - Recruitment (REF: GAN)
-Arrange and conduct interview process. -Implement and execute appropriate recruitment tools and methodology. (ex: personal profiling analysis, technical test, etc.)
-Liaise and coordinate with appointed recruitment vendors / Agent both for foreign workers and outsourced local operators.
-Prepare monthly report on recruitment process (ex: recruitment budget utilization, lead time of hiring, number of hiring, etc.) for next course of actions and improvements.
-Coordinate and participate in any recruitment initiatives such as career fair, walk-in interview, career talk, collaborate with higher institution.
-Perform all other related duties and HR special projects as and when assigned by the Supervisor/HODs.
